Hampsley Hollow Wellness Retreat

Hampsley Hollow Wellness Retreat will be a weekend focused on nourishing our minds, body and soul whilst having fun and enjoying the beautiful countryside.

The Wellness retreat will include activities such as yoga, meditation, sound bath, wild walks, fire ceremony and crafting, whilst enjoying delicious and nutritious food.
​
You can stay onsite in one of our lovely furnished bell tents or holiday let. Or you can pitch your own tent or park up your campervan.
​
Your hosts for the weekend are Krystal and Hannah.
Krystal has been running Hampsley Hollow Boutique Campsite for 10 years and has a passion for cooking nutritious, locally sourced food.
Hannah is a dedicated yoga teacher and sound therapy practitioner, blending movement breathwork and sound to promote holistic well-being.
Offering yoga and sound healing practices, she incorporates tools like crystal singing bowls and chimes to foster deep relaxation and emotional balance.
By guiding people to connect to their bodies, reduce stress and cultivate inner peace, Hannah creates a supportive and welcoming environment for individuals to discover and explore the transformative benefits of yoga and sound therapy, regardless of experience.

Our quiet countryside location in Wiltshire is set at the foothills of an AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) where Horses and Cows graze the surrounding fields and wild animals such as Deer and Hares roam free.
​
So come and immerse yourself in nature, breath in the clean fresh air and feel rejuvenated from your weekend of wellness at Hampsley Hollow.
